  1. How to place an order with TCG

 

Browse via the product categories found in the ‘shop for’ tab at the top of the page left hand side of the front page.

For more information on any product, simply click on the image to take a closer look. On each product page you will find information regarding, size, colour and product description.


Step 2
If you decide to purchase an item, add the item to your Shopping Bag by clicking the 'Add to Cart button.


Step 3
You can view the contents of your Shopping Bag at any time by clicking the Shopping bag icon displayed at the top left of the screen.


Step 4
When you are ready to purchase your items, click the 'Shopping Bag' button. This will take you to your cart which will lists all of the items you have chosen to purchase, as well as the subtotal of the cost. If any special offers are available on your chosen items, the details of these will be displayed in your 'Shopping Bag'. Make and update any changes to your order and remember to enter and verify your promotional code if you have one.

Step 5
If you have previously registered with us you can login now so that you can track your order. New customers can ‘Checkout as a Guest’ where you will have the options of creating an account during checkout. Creating an account with The Curvy Gypsea is a quick and easy process and allows you to track the progress of your orders; be the first in the know for any special offers and will make future transactions smooth and seamless. Remember to make a note of your password, as you will need it to keep track of your order and to shop with us again.

Step 6
Enter your billing and delivery details; choose your delivery method of payment, enter the details then click on ‘Next’ to pay.

Step 7
We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that we have received your order and another one when your order has been despatched from our Fulfilment Centre, including your tracking details.

 

 

  1. Do we deliver overseas

 

So you’re a Curvy Gypsea living overseas? Awesome, because we can still deliver your products to you. You will pay the flat overseas freight charge to us and then it will be your responsibility to pay any input duty or sales tax within your own country. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax. We will notify you the freight charge via your email.

  1. How Can I Pay?

 

We accept Payment through PayPal and via MasterCard and Visa. You will be transferred to a secure site for payment where your credit card details will be protected using SSL encryption.

 

  1. How Do I Subscribe to the Newsletter?

 

You are able to subscribe to the newsletter by entering in your email address in the space provided, label ‘Become a Member’, at the bottom of the front page

  1. How much will I be charged for delivery?

 

Here at The Curvy Gypsea we have a flat delivery fee of $8.95

  1. Are my details Secure?

 

Yes. At The Curvy Gypsea we take your privacy very seriously. For more information please see The Curvy Gypsea Privacy Policy. We store any information you give us securely and we use high-level SSL encryption technology which is the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. We do not store your personal credit card information so we will ask for this to process any returns

  1. I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 2-4 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes

  1. I’m in love with something that is out of stock in my size, what can I do?

 

So you found something you love on The Curvy Gypsea but we have sold out of your size? That’s no worries; just send us an email to info@thecurvygypsea.com telling us what product you are interested in, including the product code, colour and the size and we will endeavour to help you, should our suppliers have stock.

  1. What is your return or exchange policy?

Note there are no returns or exchange on Final Sale items.

 

  1. What if you sent me a faulty item?

Uh oh, we're very sorry! We pride ourselves on quality control, because we want you to LOVE your new outfit. If we sent you an item that isn't quite right, please email info@thecurvygypsea and we'll do everything we can to put a smile back on your dial.
